Our Mission

The NOSHA Foundation provides grants, training programs, and resources to individuals and organizations in need. Our contributions facilitate:

  • Scholarships for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable groups
  • Leadership development through job-oriented training in Occupational Safety & Health
  • Adaptive capacity building to ensure essential organizations can continue delivering services during crises

Free Job Hazard Assessment for Artisanal Companies

Our team conducts Job Safety Assessments for young artisanal companies, identifying training requirements and facility safety issues. We provide free training assistance to mitigate hazards and risks.

Free HSE Training and Certification for IDPs and Refugees

We offer employable skills training to IDPs and refugees, enabling them to work and earn a living. Our training programs are tailored to those with at least a High School qualification.Empowering Women in Safety

We provide free training to ladies in the following categories:

  • Unemployed single mothers with at least a high school diploma
  • Ladies with previous bad experiences from the Middle East
  • Female Internally Displaced persons from the warring regions of Cameroon

The global health crisis that the work community recently faced has created unprecedented organizational uncertainty in the current scenario so It is more important than ever to create adaptive capacity to ensure essential organizations can continue to deliver services.

Our goal is also to promote diversity and inclusion in the Safety profession, empowering women to take on leadership roles.
